Function & Performance of Magnesium Dysprosium Master Alloy:

They are used in casting and wrought magnesium alloy containing rare earth. It can obviously enhance alloys. The shape and packaging of the products are according to the user's requirements. The content of the main rare earth elements of the master alloy is no less than the value of user requirements.

Applications of Magnesium Dysprosium Master Alloy:

Rare earth (RE) elements have also been successfully alloyed with Mg. The addition of rare earth (RE) elements can refine grains and weaken anisotropy to improve the ductility of the Mg alloys. In addition, RE elements give rise to a dispersion of thermally stable precipitates with high melting points (above 620 °C), an improvement over precipitates of the Mg-Zn system which melt at approximately 340°C and thus have poor thermal stability and exhibit a tendency for hot tearing.
