Stanford Materials Corporation (SMC) specializes in producing high purity Sputtering Targets with the highest possible density and smallest possible average grain sizes for use in semiconductor, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) display and optical applications. Our standard Sputtering Targets for thin film are available monoblock or bonded with dimensions and configurations up to 820 mm to work with both older sputtering devises as well as the latest process equipment. We are able to produce targets of rare or less frequently used compositions as well as a wide array of standard items at competitive prices.
